Grey structure
We build the structure of the house: foundation, walls, columns, slabs and roof. You finish it your own way, with your own people.
Complete house
We build everything, from the foundation to the keys: the structure, finishing, doors and windows, kitchen, bathrooms, wiring and paint. You move in.
Before you sign, we write down exactly what is included.

Who we are
AQ Builders & Developers is a firm registered in Gilgit-Baltistan, with its office in Sultan Abad, Gilgit. We build in Khushhali Block, Forest Town. We take a limited number of houses at a time, so that every site is properly supervised.
