Here is what happens, in order, when you build with us.

Talk to us
WhatsApp us, or visit our office in Gilgit. We talk about your plot, your family and what you need.

Design for your plot
Our architect draws the house for your plot and your family. We take the drawings through Forest Town’s approval.

Agree and sign
You choose grey structure or the complete house. We write down exactly what is included, and you make the first payment.

We build, stage by stage
Our own team builds your house. You pay for each stage as the house goes up.

You see every stage
Photos and a short video on WhatsApp at every stage, wherever you live.

Handover
We hand over the finished structure, or the keys to your complete house.
Two ways we can build
Complete house
We build everything, from the foundation to the keys: the structure, finishing, doors and windows, kitchen, bathrooms, wiring and paint. You move in.
Before you sign, we write down exactly what is included.
Why we take a limited number of houses
A house is only as good as the supervision on its site. We take a limited number of houses at a time, so that every site is properly supervised and every family gets our attention.
